Camping Reservations Soar in US During Pandemic

You've probably noticed that a lot of dealerships have been selling like crazy. We know we have! COVID-19 has put Americans in a unique situation where there is not much to do. Health experts have advised us to socially distance ourselves so as to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. This can make some travel plans hard. Because of that, many people have decided to go camping!

The Miama Herald wrote that because safely practiced outdoor recreation is okay, we have seen a large increase in camping reservations across the nation. RV sales have skyrocketed and campgrounds are being booked solid. The Denver Post mentioned that camping in Colorado state parks has increased by 22% compared to 2019. People are being encouraged to "get farther off the beaten path" and go to areas they have never been before.

Now is a great time to get together and go camping. Don't let booked campgrounds sway you! Going outside and camping is not only good for your physical health, but your mental health as well. We all need to take breaks every once in a while and there is no better place to take a break than in nature.
